BACK TO THE FUTURE - Irina Werning
"I love old photos. I admit being a nosey photographer. As soon as I step into someone else’s house, I start sniffing for them. Most of us are fascinated by their retro look but to me, it’s imagining how people would feel and look like if they were to reenact them today... A few months ago, I decided to actually do this. So, with my camera, I started inviting people to go back to their future.

A monster deal
Launched this year in Melbourne, Australia, MunchaCruncha is a mobile application that will allow restaurants and other food venues to broadcast meal deals giving users the opportunity to scope out said deals via food type, location, or price and then, from the magic of their own phone, coordinate with friends to get together or just let them know about the deal. The next Foursquare it might be not, or at least not until it launches with the SXSW nerdcore. The most earth shattering or game changing idea it is not either. And the biggest, most influential app it isn’t. (Sorry, not sure why I’m forming sentences like Yoda). But it has a monster as a logo and, OMG, we could use a logo with a monster in it around here. The MunchaCruncha identity has been designed by Lucas Melbourne.

NEON – PRODUKTSEITEN
The sculptures have been exclusively composed of the products that should be promoted. They were hung on invisible threads. These threads were later deleted in the retouching. The sculptural impact of the pictures was only created by the arrangement of the items in space and its perspective towards the camera.
Published in the issues of the NEON magazine in May/2010, June/2010 and July/2010. Done while interning at HORT, together with Serafine Frey. Art direction HORT, 2010. Photography by Ragnar Schmuck.

The Luminarium presents their 14th exhibit and it is one of our biggest-an exhibit our artists have attacked with energy. Sound, movement, and life, they all have one thing in common…energy. Energy can be found in some of the strangest and subtle forms, from right here on our very own planet to the deep areas of space. Energy is everywhere. We may not always be looking for it or see it with our eyes, but hidden beneath what we cannot see is something powerful and once it takes over you, there’s no stopping it. It’s up to you to harness that energy and use it.

French Series Dunny - Superdeux
Kidrobot takes a trip across the Atlantic to collect designs from France's hottest artists. The French art scene left a lasting impression on 2007 with an explosion of new and upcoming talent making their mark on contemporary culture.
A variety of artists rocked Dunny in this exciting series. 123 Klan, SKWAK, Tilt, SUPERDEUX and MIST are just a few of the artists chosen to collaborate on this lovely new series. There are some awesome chases and pure beauties in this series.
